📄 Product Wait Time Notice

As a small custom shop, processing and shipping times for in-stock items may take additional time for a variety of reasons, including order volume, shop scheduling, material handling, and packaging needs for a couple examples. Estimated timeframes for in-stock processing are advertised on the website, including in our announcement banner and, when applicable, in pop-up notices.

For made-to-order items, there is always an estimated lead time required to produce the order. These estimated timeframes are listed on the product page, and—like all estimates—may change if needed. If we are experiencing circumstances that could affect estimated production or processing times, this information will also be displayed in the announcement banner and/or pop-up notifications.

By placing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and accept:

  • All wait times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Estimated timeframes may appear across multiple areas of the website (product pages, banners, pop-ups), and the applicable timeframe may be any one of them or a combination of them, depending on current conditions.

  • We are not a mass-fulfillment company. We are a small custom shop with a small team and large demand, and our focus is on quality, not speed.
