Stock items may be returned within 30 days of the original order date provided the item is unopened, unused, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once OBS Interiors receives the item and it meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued less the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Custom made-to-order items produced by third-party manufacturers are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom made-to-order items produced in-house may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. If an order qualifies for cancellation, a refund will be issued less a 15% cancellation fee.
